Dr Sabah Ayub-Rodrigues
King's College London graduate with a holistic, detail-led approach and advanced facial aesthetics training.
Dr Sabah graduated from King's College London School of Dentistry, earning her dental degree and a BSc in Human Sciences, then completed Oxfordshire Deanery's Dental Foundation Training.
As co-director of Bridge Dental Clinic, she creates custom treatment plans taking a holistic approach to restoring and maintaining health, function and natural beauty.
Trained in advanced Facial Aesthetics on Harley Street, she uses a tailor-made approach to enhance natural beauty while maintaining harmony.
Outside work: travel, music, yoga, countryside walks, cooking, and cuddles with her cats Bellatrix and Darcy.
Dr Jorge Rodrigues
MSc Implant Dentistry (Warwick) with extensive implant surgery training, relaxed, patient-centred, and precise.
From Porto, Dr Jorge earned his degree at the University of Fernando Pessoa and has worked in the UK for 15+ years. After a decade at Bridge Dental he now leads the practice.
He completed advanced training in Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry, earned an MSc in Implant Dentistry (Warwick, 2022), and undertook further implant surgery training in São Paulo.
Known for his calm, humour-filled style, he takes time to listen so patients feel comfortable and fully informed.

Sarah Russell
Hygienist since 2002, upbeat, evidence-led, and great at personalised gum care.
Sarah tailors hygiene routines to each patient, offering personalised advice and risk assessment for gum health.
Her surgery is often full of laughter. Outside work she enjoys baking, sewing, reading and camping with her family.
Shae Baker
Joined 2023. Loves implants, surgery and CEREC, energetic and super capable.
Shae thrives on variety and teamwork. She's ambidextrous when nursing (rare!) and brings "work hard, play hard" energy to every day.
Outside work: gym, Thai food, her one-eyed Shih Tzu Tiffany, and horse Jubilee.
Hope Powell
Qualified via apprenticeship; now radiography-trained and brilliant with patients.
Hope started as a trainee in 2020, qualified in 2022, and added dental radiography in 2024. She loves the dynamic nature of dentistry and helping patients feel valued.
Outside work: National Trust days, cinema trips, fantasy books, and caring for her pets, plus she's one of seven siblings.
Fran Hill
Warm, energetic, and a brilliant listener, judgment-free, welcoming care.
Fran's background as a personal trainer shows in her active lifestyle. She loves Italian food, dancing, and is a proud mum.
Known for empathy and connection, and yes, she can still do the splits.
Stacie Walker
Hospitality + education background. Caring, organised, and amazing with children.
Stacie loves guiding patients through the full journey with genuine care. She's known for baking an unreal Victoria sponge.
Outside work: walking dogs Lexi and Molly, gardening, and crafting hanging baskets, with an Amaretto Sour to unwind.
Henrique Coelho
Warm, charming, hospitality-trained, makes everyone feel instantly welcome.
Henrique joined in spring 2025 from a chef/hospitality background. He's known for exceptional service and legendary appetite.
Outside work: his baby daughter Maria, BBQ hosting, and his pets (Bengal cats Milo & Luna, and Buddy the fox-red lab).
